(April 16, 2007) – Acxential Business Solutions Inc., a provider of information technology solutions to small and mid-size businesses and Incite Global Services LLC, a business-class voice and data solutions company have announced that they will merge, effective April 16. The newly-formed company, known as Acxential Business Solutions Inc., will provide a complete offering, from front-end sales to long-term maintenance, all under one roof. Acxential’s services will be available to customers throughout the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex, and the U.S. Southwest region.
